I forgot my password

Use the reset password page to receive a reset link by email.

I need a copy of a receipt

Stripe sends a receipt to your email automatically after each purchase. Search your inbox for “PrepDen” or “Stripe”. If you can't find it, email us and we'll resend.

I'd like a refund

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not substantially accessed the guide. See our Refund Policy for details, then email us from the address on your account.

I'd like to change the email on my account

Email us from your current account email and let us know the new address you'd like to use. We'll handle the change manually.
