Refund Policy
Effective date: 29 April 2026
We want you to feel confident about your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for Prep Den study guides and how to request one. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. 14-day refund window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have not substantially accessed the guide. We consider a guide to be “substantially accessed” when more than 20% of its flashcards or quiz questions have been viewed or answered, since that level of access shows the materials have been put to use.
If you have accessed less than 20% of the content, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, no questions asked.
2. After the 14-day window
We do not offer refunds after the 14-day window has passed, except where required by applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence. If you believe your situation falls under such a requirement, please contact us with details and we will review the request in good faith.
3. Technical issues
If a guide is unusable due to a fault on our side that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of how much of the content you have accessed. Email support@prepden.com with a description of the issue and we will work with you to resolve it or refund the purchase.
4. Duplicate or accidental purchases
If you buy the same guide twice by mistake, or buy the wrong guide, contact us within 14 days and we will refund the unintended purchase.
5. Account suspension and termination
Refunds are not available where access has been suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms of Service — for example, sharing of accounts or content, scraping, or other prohibited use.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@prepden.com from the email address associated with your account and include:
- the name of the guide(s) you would like refunded;
- the date of purchase;
- a brief reason for the request (this helps us improve the product, but is not required).
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your card issuer or bank, the refunded amount typically appears within 5–10 business days.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most issues can be resolved more quickly directly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending review.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase.
